Return policy

At LES FLEURS LONDON, we do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.

Return Conditions

• A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.
• Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.
• Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes or items are not accepted.

Return Process

1. Register your return by contacting support@lesfleurslondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located internationally).
3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.
4. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace shipping method.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved:

• The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
• Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.
• Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed
• Once an order has been processed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply
  (to cover fulfilment, handling, and transaction costs)
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
